In questa regione si coltiva lo zafferano con metodi tradizionali senza l\u2019uso di sostanze chimiche e di macchinari, seguendo pratiche antiche che garantiscono ancora oggi di ottenere un prodotto che in Iran \u00e8 riconosciuto il top della qualit\u00e0.
